"Our son Aadil is now 42 months old, and his current weight is 11 kg. We are currently giving him manual chest therapy by hand after nebulization (he always denies taking the chest therapy), but it does not appear to be working properly for him, which is why he coughs up most of the day. It is very common for him not to have a sound sleep due to excessive coughing. My wife and I are very anxious about our loving son.
