"My daughter, Elisa Fagundes Prado, was born in July 2023 and in the first examination carried out at the hospital ("heel prick test"), an alteration was found. After carrying out the "sweat test" and the "genetic test" the diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis (class 1) was confirmed. After this confirmation, we were directed to the reference center closest to our residence. During this time my daughter had 2 hospitalizations but recovered. Since then, we have followed all treatment protocols, learning and monitoring the evolution of treatments and medications."
